When we support you in a transaction, we become an extension of your team and we treat your clients as if they are our own. This involves transparent communication, collaboration, and timeliness to get us to the closing table with ease. Being a licensed Realtor gives us good insight into the daily struggles you may be facing and allows us to provide support where it’s needed the most. With our services, you can feel comfortable handing off the details of your transaction, so you can focus more on serving your clients and building your business.

Transaction Coordinator Expectations

Document Preparation

Ensure all documents are fully executed with proper dates, initials, signatures, broker information, and monitor compliance with the contract.

Collaboration

Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, to include the Listing Agent, Buyers Agent, Buyer/Seller (your client as appropriate), Broker, Lender, Title Company, HOA, Inspector, and anyone else needing to be involved.

Timeliness

Conduct a final audit of file 7 days prior to closing to ensure all documents are uploaded and the file is complete, and submit all required documents within 48 hours of execution.

Confidentiality

Your confidentiality and privacy is the utmost importance to us. No information will be divulged to third parties about your business. Additional info about this is outlined in our service contract.
